2Pac became the unlikely martyr of gangsta rap, and a tragic symbol of the toll its lifestyle exacted on urban black America. At the outset of his career, it didn't appear that he would emerge as one of the definitive rappers of the '90s -- he started out as a second-string rapper and dancer for Digital Underground, joining only after they had already landed their biggest hit. But in 1991, he delivered an acclaimed debut album, 2Pacalypse Now, and quickly followed with a star-making performance in the urban drama Juice. Over the course of one year, his profile rose substantially, based as much on his run-ins with the law as his music. By 1994, 2Pac rivaled Snoop Dogg as the most controversial figure in rap, spending as much time in prison as he did in the recording studio. His burgeoning outlaw mythology helped his 1995 album Me Against the World enter the charts at number one, and it also opened him up to charges of exploitation. Yet, as the single "Dear Mama" illustrated, he was capable of sensitivity as well as violence. Signing with Death Row Records in late 1995, 2Pac released the double-album All Eyez on Me in the spring of 1996, and the record, as well as its hit single "California Love," confirmed his superstar status. Unfortunately, the gangsta lifestyle he captured in his music soon overtook his own life. While his celebrity was at its peak, he publicly fought with his rival, the Notorious B.I.G., and there were tensions brewing at Death Row. Even with such conflicts, however, 2Pac's drive-by shooting in September 1996 came as an unexpected shock. On September 13, six days after the shooting, 2Pac passed away, leaving behind a legacy that was based as much on his lifestyle as it was his music.

The son of two Black Panther members, Tupac Amaru Shakur was born in New York City. His parents had separated before he was born, and his mother moved him and his sister around the country for much of their childhood. Frequently, the family was at the poverty level, but Shakur managed to gain acceptance to the prestigious Baltimore School of the Arts as a teenager. While he was at the school, his creative side flourished, as he began writing raps and acting. Before he could graduate, his family moved to Marin City, CA, when he was 17 years old. Over the next few years, he lived on the streets and began hustling. Eventually, he met Shock-G, the leader of Digital Underground. The Oakland-based crew decided to hire him as a dancer and roadie, and as he toured with the group, he worked on his own material. 2Pac made his first recorded appearance on the group's spring 1991 record, This Is an EP Release, and he also appeared on their second album, Sons of the P. The following year, he released his own debut, 2Pacalypse Now. The album became a word-of-mouth hit, as "Brenda's Got a Baby" reached the R&B Top 30 and the record went gold. However, its blunt and explicit lyrics earned criticisms for moral watchdogs, and Vice President Dan Quayle attacked the album while he was campaigning for re-election that year.

Shakur's profile was raised considerably by his acclaimed role in the Ernest Dickerson film Juice, which led to a lead role in John Singleton's Poetic Justice the following year. By the time the film hit theaters, 2Pac had released his second album, Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z., which became a platinum album, peaking at number four on the R&B charts and launching the Top Ten R&B hit singles "I Get Around" and "Keep Ya Head Up," which peaked at number 11 and 12, respectively, on the pop charts. Late in 1993, he acted in the basketball movie Above the Rim. Although Shakur was selling records and earning praise for his music and acting, he began having serious altercations with the law; prior to becoming a recording artist, he had no police record. He was arrested in 1992 after he was involved in a fight that culminated with a stray bullet killing a six-year-old bystander; the charges were later dismissed. 2Pac was filming Menace II Society in the summer of 1993 when he assaulted director Allen Hughes; he was sentenced to 15 days in jail in early 1994. The sentence arrived after two other high-profile incidents. In October of 1993, when he was charged with shooting two off-duty police officers in Atlanta. The charges were dismissed, but the following month, he and two members of his entourage were charged with sexually abusing a female fan. In 1994, he was found guilty of sexual assault. The day after the verdict was announced, he was shot by a pair of muggers while he was in the lobby of a New York City recordings studio. Shakur was sentenced to four-and-a-half years in prison on February 7, 1995.

Later that month, Shakur began serving his sentence. He was in jail when his third album, Me Against the World, was released in March. The record entered the charts at number one, making 2Pac the first artist to enjoy a number one record while serving a prison sentence. While he was in prison, he accused the Notorious B.I.G., Puffy Combs, Andre Harrell, and his own close friend Randy "Stretch" Walker of orchestrating his New York shooting. Shakur only served eight months of his sentence, as Suge Knight, the president of Death Row Records, arranged for parole and posted a 1.4 million dollar bond for the rapper. By the end of the year, 2Pac was out of prison and working on his debut for Death Row. On November 30, 1995 -- the one-year anniversary of the New York shooting -- Walker was killed in a gangland-styled murder in Queens.

2Pac's Death Row debut, All Eyez on Me, was the first double disc of original material in hip-hop history. It debuted at number one upon its February release, and would be certified quintuple platinum by the fall. Although he had a hit record and, with the Dr. Dre duet "California Love," a massive single on his hands, Shakur was beginning to tire of hip-hop and started to concentrate on acting. During the summer of 1996, he completed two films, the thriller Bullet and the dark comedy Gridlock'd, which also starred Tim Roth. He also made some recordings for Death Row, which was quickly disintegrating without Dre as the house producer, and as Knight became heavily involved in illegal activities.

At the time of his murder in September 1996, there were indications that Shakur was considering leaving Death Row, and maybe even rap, behind. None of those theories can ever be confirmed, just as the reasons behind his shooting remain mysterious. Shakur was shot on the Las Vegas strip as he was riding in the passenger seat of Knight's car. They had just seen the Mike Tyson-Bruce Seldon fight at the MGM Grand, and as they were leaving the hotel, 2Pac got into a fight with an unnamed young black man. The case was never solved, but it has been suggested that this was the cause of the drive-by shooting, and it has also been suggested that Knight's ties to the mob and to gangs were the reason; another theory is that the Notorious B.I.G. arranged the shooting as retaliation for 2Pac's comments that he slept with Biggie's wife, Faith Evans. Either way, Shakur was shot four times and was admitted to University of Nevada Medical Center. Six days later, he died from his wounds.

Hundreds of mourners appeared at the hospital upon news of his death, and the entire entertainment industry mourned his passing, especially since there were no leads in the case. Many believed his death would end the much-hyped East Coast/West Coast hip-hop rivalry and decrease black-on-black violence. Sadly, six months after his death, the Notorious B.I.G. was murdered under similar circumstances. As Shakur's notoriety only increased in the wake of his death, a series of posthumous releases followed, among them Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory (issued under the alias Makaveli in 1996), R U Still Down? (Remember Me) (1997), Still I Rise (1999), Until the End of Time (2001), and Better Dayz (2002).

One Minute Cure, Part 2

I posted an article on JediTheOne Blog on June 24th, 2009 called “The One Minute”. I know that some people read the information. I even found the information posted on another fellow blogger’s site because of being impressed with the information. I’m glad that someone actually took the interest to share this profound information. I have continued to do extensive research on different treatments for the most feared diseases on the planet, and for use in general for improving and maintaining good health. I have clearly found at least 4 different “Earth Shattering Treatments” for our deadliest killers (HIV, Cancer, Heart Related Disease, Hepatitis, etc). I feel it is my moral obligation to share this information in detail. Over time, I will continue to share any confirmations of my findings that will help human beings live a healthy quality of life. This article is one of the ways you can gain information to build-up your immune system, to not only eradicate existing disease, but also to prevent the deadly onslaught of attacks on our health by the man made bio-weapons such as the Bird or Swine Flu, Chemtrails, Bacteria, etc.

This discussion, again, is about Oxidative Therapy which uses either Ozone (O3) or Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2). Here we are going to cover the use of H2O2 because of the ease of use, inexpensiveness, it works and the ability to self administer the product. My research on this topic alone has shocked me, angered me and excited me at the same time. Reason why, this is the closes thing to a Panacea I have ever encountered, and yet it has been deliberately suppressed by those who care less about protecting people’s health than they do about their own financial interests. If you are like most people, you will probably find it hard to believe that any single therapy, substance or element could have such a far-reaching and broad spectrum efficacy when it comes to curing diseases. You should have every reason to be skeptical, I did. How could anything so simple actually be the answer to our entire entire complex health problem? It’s true! They have been using Oxidative Therapy for over 170 years! Read on.

There’s a Chinese proverb which says:

“The superior doctor prevents illness.”
“The mediocre doctor attends to impending sickness.”
“The inferior doctor treats actual illness.”

According to the above definition, traditional (allopathic) doctors are either mediocre or inferior! However, they are so, not necessarily because of their mediocre or inferior dedication to the healing profession, but because all 126 medical schools that provide conventional medical education and training focus on treating actual or impending diseases rather than preventing them.

Keep in mind, OXYGEN is the most essential element in the human body. The human core of existence in the body is composed of 70-80% water, and water is 89% oxygen by weight. Therefore, oxygen comprises 62-71% of the body, and is the body’s most abundant and essential element.

Ninety (90%) percent of all our biological energy comes from oxygen. It is the essential element that the human body needs in order to not only survive, but also have optimum levels of energy, function properly and become more productive.

Considering the abundance of unsubstantiated health claims and hoaxes that exist in the nutrition marketplace, as a consumer, it would serve your best interest to be wary of how PROFIT-DRIVEN companies will use the power of erroneous but enticing pseudo-logic and double-speak (supported by emotional appeals to your fear of disease) to sell you their products. Some creative marketers will even resort to instilling the belief in you that “scientists” know more about health than you do. They will reinforce your need for their products through exposure to advertisements and propaganda that most people cannot resist. Personally most of the advertising and thinking by the Medical Industry in regards to drug use, makes be SICK! Most drugs are usually unnecessary, dangerous and immoral to use on both humans and even our animal companions.

As to why H2O2 is not being used by Doctors and Healing Practitioners in general is not only due to the medical school brainwashing but the healthcare industry is big, big business. In the USA, it is estimated that by the end of this decade, Americans will be spending about $3 Trillion a year on Healthcare and well over $1 Trillion is spent on drugs alone. These drugs often carry a markup in profit of 30,000 – 50,000% on pharmaceutical drugs over the cost of raw materials. Sometimes, their markups can be as high as 569,000%. The average business person in their right mind won’t dare walk away from such profits, and would do almost anything to ensure that the trillion-dollar cash cow remain intact (greedy pigs, if you ask me).

I am going to recommend to you, to do your own research in the use of Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy. Anyone who would like to heal their body and have general improved good health should to review the information for your self. I have done enough of my own studying on health and nutrition for over 15 years and feel confident in using this product for myself, friends and family. I am ordering this inexpensive “Panacea” element, H2O2.

Even though I have found, to date, no reported detrimental side effects on the human body with proper use of the product, there are two caveats to be aware of.

1) DO NOT USE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE or OZONE THERAPY if have had an Organ Transplant. Remember that O2 seeks out and destroys foreign cells and it may consider a donated organ to be foreign, which it is and it will try to reject or kill the tissue.
2) The missing piece to the healing puzzle as to why some people heal and some people don’t? The answer to this question may be one of the most important things I learned from reading the book “One Minute Cure”. So based on what has been said about the use of H2O2 and the fact that bio-oxidative therapies flood the body with increased O2 in the blood; which in turn delivers that oxygen to the cells, and given the fact that a high level of tissue oxygen creates an environment that kills viruses, harmful bacteria, pathogens, toxins…shouldn’t everyone be healed? The answer is yes, but only “if” the cells are able to receive the oxygen delivered by the blood. When the cells are open, they will be able to receive the oxygen, and your body will then be equipped to heal itself. If the cells are closed, they will not receive the oxygen and therefore, your body will not be able to heal itself. It’s as simple as that. So what causes cells to close? In a word, STRESS. Stress relief in your life is another important aid in healing the body.

Now here is an extract from another Doctor/Researcher I have read and followed for over 10 years, Dr. David Williams from New Zealand. He explains the use, benefits and dosage for self administration of Food Grade 35% Hydrogen Peroxide. Also at the end of this post I will list some of the places you can order the product over the internet. I have not found the product available at any of my local Pharmacies or Health Food stores. In fact when I ask several places if they either carried it or if they could order it for me, the answers were all the same. NO, we don’t have or can’t get it. And none of them had a clue what I was really talking about. They have never even heard of 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide. Maybe your area it is different. When it comes to hydrogen peroxide therapy there seems to be only two points of view. Supporters consider it one of the greatest healing miracles of all time. Those opposed feel its ingestion is exceptionally dangerous, and only the foolhardy could think of engaging in such behavior. Before either condemning or endorsing hydrogen peroxide, let's take a real close look at what we're dealing with.

If any substance is interesting, it's hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide should really be called hydrogen dioxide. Its chemical formula is H2O2. It contains one more atom of oxygen that does water (H20). By now everyone's aware of the ozone layer that surrounds the earth. Ozone consists of three atoms of oxygen (03). This protective layer of ozone is created when ultraviolet light from the sun splits an atmospheric oxygen molecule (02) into two single, unstable oxygen atoms. These single molecules combine with others to form ozone (03). Ozone isn't very stable. In fact, it will quickly give up that extra atom of oxygen to falling rainwater to form hydrogen peroxide (H202). (Bear with me: all this chemistry mumbo jumbo I'm going through actually will help you understand the importance of hydrogen peroxide.)

Helps Plants

It is this hydrogen peroxide in rainwater that makes it so much more effective than tap water when given to plants. With the increased levels of atmospheric pollution, however, greater amounts of H202 react with air-borne toxins and never reach the ground. To compensate for this, many farmers have been increasing crop yields by spraying them with diluted hydrogen peroxide (5 to 16 ounces of 35% mixed with 20 gallons of water per acre). You can achieve the same beneficial effect with your house plants by adding 1 ounce of 3% hydrogen peroxide (or 16 drops of 35% solution) to every quart of water you give your plants. (It can also be made into an excellent safe insecticide. Simply spray your plants with 8 ounces of 3% peroxide mixed with 8 ounces of white sugar and one gallon of water.)

Hydrogen peroxide is odorless and colorless, but not tasteless. When stored under the proper conditions, it is a very stable compound. When kept in the absence of light and contaminants, it dismutates (breaks down) very slowly at the rate of about 10% a year. (This can be slowed even further by storing the liquid in the freezer.) It boils at 152 degrees C and freezes at minus 2 degrees C.

When exposed to other compounds hydrogen peroxide dismutates readily. The extra oxygen atom is released leaving H20 (water). In nature oxygen (02) consists of two atoms--a very stable combination. A single atom of oxygen, however, is very reactive and is referred to as a free radical. Over the past several years, we've continually read that these free radicals are responsible for all types of ailments and even premature aging. What many writers seem to forget, however, is that our bodies create and use free radicals to destroy harmful bacteria, viruses, and fungi. In fact, the cells responsible for fighting infection and foreign invaders in the body (your white blood cells) make hydrogen peroxide and use it to oxidize any offending culprits. The intense bubbling you see when hydrogen peroxide comes in contact with a bacteria-laden cut or wound is the oxygen being released and bacteria being destroyed. The ability of our cells to produce hydrogen peroxide is essential for life. H202 is not some undesirable by-product or toxin, but instead a basic requirement for good health.

Newer research indicates we need hydrogen peroxide for a multitude of other chemical reactions that take place throughout the body. For example, we now know that vitamin C helps fight infections by producing hydrogen peroxide, which in turn stimulates the production of prostaglandins. Also lactobacillus found in the colon and vagina produce hydrogen peroxide. This destroys harmful bacteria and viruses, preventing colon disease, vaginitis, bladder infections and a host of other common ailments. (Infect Dis News Aug.8,91:5). When lactobacillus in the colon or vaginal tract have been overrun with harmful viruses, yeast, or bacteria, an effective douche or enema solution can be made using 3 tablespoons of 3% H202 in 1 quart of distilled water. Keep in mind, however, that a good bacterial flora must always be re-established in theses areas to achieve lasting results.

Aerobic versus Anerobic

While we are discussing enemas and douches, there is another misconception about H202 I need to address. The friendly bacteria in the colon and vagina are aerobic. In other words, they flourish in high oxygen environments and thrive in the presence of oxygen rich H202. On the other hand, most strains of harmful bacteria (and cancer cells) are anaerobic and cannot survive in the presence of oxygen or H202. We can agree that hydrogen peroxide produced within individual body cells is essential for life. And no one doubts its effectiveness when it comes to treating infections topically. The controversy deals with ingesting the substance orally or introducing it into the body intravenously. The dispute has been going on for decades, and considering the attitude of our medical community, it will continue for many more decades to come.

I'll admit I was skeptical when I first learned about using H202 orally or intravenously. This healthy dose of skepticism, however, lead to a great deal of investigation, clinical work and experimentation. And while I realize a large majority of readers will probably never be convinced that H202 is a safe and effective compound, I am. Hydrogen peroxide is safe, readily available and dirt cheap. And best of all, it works! No one yet fully understands the complete workings of hydrogen peroxide. We do know that it is loaded with oxygen. (A pint of the food-grade 35% solution contains the equivalent of 130 pints of oxygen. A pint of 3% hydrogen peroxide found at the local drugstore contains 10 pints of oxygen. And a pint of the 6% solution used to bleach hair contains 20 pints of oxygen.) We also know that when H202 is taken into the body (orally or intravenously) the oxygen content of the blood and body tissues increases dramatically. Early researchers felt these increases were simply due to the extra oxygen molecule being released. This doesn't however, appear to be the case.

Only very diluted amounts of H202 are ever introduced into the body. The small amount of oxygen present couldn't be solely responsible for the dramatic changes that take place. Dr. Charles Farr, a strong proponent of intravenous use, has discovered another possible answer. Dr. Farr has shown that hydrogen peroxide stimulates enzyme systems throughout the body. This triggers an increase in the metabolic rate, causes small arteries to dilate and increase blood flow, enhances the body's distribution and consumption of oxygen and raises body temperature (Proceedings of the International Conference on Bio-Oxidative Medicine 1989, 1990, 1991).

Father Richard Willhelm

We are just beginning to learn exactly how H202 works. It was reported to work as far back as 1920. The English medical journal, Lancet, then reported that intravenous infusion was used successfully to treat pneumonia in the epidemic following World War I. In the 1940's Father Richard Willhelm, the pioneer in promoting peroxide use, reported on the compound being used extensively to treat everything from bacterial-related mental illness to skin disease and polio. Father Willhelm is the founder of "Educational Concern for Hydrogen Peroxide" (ECHO, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating the public on the safe use and therapeutic benefits of hydrogen peroxide.) Much of the interest in hydrogen peroxide waned in the 1940's when prescription medications came on the scene. Since that time there has been little economic interest in funding peroxide research. After all, it is dirt cheap and non-patentable. Even still, in the last 25 years, over 7,700 articles relating to hydrogen peroxide have been written in the standard medical journals. Thousands more, involving its therapeutic use, have appeared in alternative health publications. The number of conditions helped by hydrogen peroxide is astounding. The reported dangers and side effects are few and often conflicting.

Emphysema

Let's look at several conditions that seem to respond especially well to H202 therapy. First, keep in mind that there are two methods of administering the peroxide-1) orally and 2) intravenously. While most conditions respond remarkably to oral ingestion, emphysema is one condition in which intravenous infusion can be a godsend. Emphysema involves destruction of the alveoli (the small air sacs in the lungs). Although chemical fumes and other irritants can cause the destruction, it is most often the result of smoking. As the disease progresses, the patient finds it more and more difficult to breathe. A wheel chair and supplemental oxygen become necessary as the disease progresses. Lack of adequate oxygen reaching the tissues forces the heart to pump more forcefully. This leads to high blood pressure, enlargement of the heart itself and eventually heart failure. Conventional medicine offers little help for emphysema. There is no cure. The best that can be hoped for is symptomatic relief and the prevention of any serious complications that might result in death. H202 therapy can offer more. Using 1 ounce of 35% peroxide per 1 gallon of non-chlorinated water in a vaporizer improves nighttime breathing tremendously. But intravenous infusion holds the real key to relief. It has the ability to cleanse the inner lining of the lungs and restore the ability to breathe.
We continue to hear the same story from Dr. Farr and others who use intravenous infusion for emphysema and congestive lung problems. Within minutes oxygen from hydrogen peroxide begins to bubble up between the membrane lining the lungs sacs and the accumulated mucus. (Dr. Farr refers to this as the "Alka-Seltzer effect.") The patient begins to cough and expel the material that has accumulated in the lungs. The amount of bubbling, coughing, and cleansing can be regulated by simply turning the H202 on and off. As the peroxide clears the lung surface and destroys the bacterial infections, the patient regains the ability to breath more normally. If emphysema were the only ailment successfully treated with H202 therapy, it would still rank as one of the top health discoveries of all time. Fortunately, H202 works wonders on a multitude of health problems. It does so by increasing tissue oxygen levels. A closer look at how we have decreased the availability of external and internal oxygen, will show you just how important this can be. If you were not too occupied with trying to hide dissection specimens in the other student's desks, you might remember from elementary science courses that our atmosphere contains about 20% oxygen. That is under ideal circumstances. It has recently been reported that in many of our more polluted cities, there levels have dropped to around 10%! (I have already mentioned how less hydrogen peroxide-containing rain is reaching the earth's surface. With increased pollution it is reacting with airborne toxins before it even reaches the ground.) And everyone, by now, knows the oxygen-generating rain forests are being destroyed worldwide, which further reduces available oxygen. Internal oxygen availability is also under attack.

Chlorination of drinking water removes oxygen. Cooking and over-processing of our foods lowers their oxygen content. Unrestrained antibiotic use destroys beneficial oxygen-creating bacteria in the intestinal tract. Dr. Johanna Budwig of Germany has shown that for proper cellular utilization of oxygen to take place, our diets must contain adequate amounts of unsaturated fatty acids. Unfortunately, the oils rich in these fatty acids have become less and less popular with the food industry. Their very nature makes them more biologically active, which requires more careful processing and gives them a shorter shelf-life. Rather than deal with these challenges, the food industry has turned to the use of synthetic fats and dangerous processes like hydrogenation.

It's obvious that our oxygen needs are not being met. Several of the most common ailments now affecting our population are directly related to oxygen starvation. Asthma, emphysema, and lung disease are on the rise, especially in the polluted metropolitan areas. Cases of constipation, diarrhea, intestinal parasites and bowel cancer are all on the upswing. Hydrogen peroxide is only one of the many components that help regulate the amount of oxygen getting to your cells. Its presence is vital for many other functions as well. It stimulates the production of interferon (J Immunol 85;134(4):24492455). It dilates blood vessels in the heart and brain (Am J Physiol 86;250 (5 pt 2): H815-821 and (2 pt 2):H157-162). It improves glucose utilization in diabetics (Proceedings of the IBOM Conference 1989, 1990, 1991). The closer you look at hydrogen peroxide, the less surprising it becomes that it can help such a wide variety of conditions.

Grades of Hydrogen Peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide is available in various strengths and grades.
A) 3.5% Pharmaceutical Grade: This is the grade sold at your local drugstore or supermarket. This product is not recommended for internal use. It contains an assortment of stabilizers which shouldn't be ingested. Various stabilizers include: acetanilide, phenol, sodium stanate and tertrasodium phosphate.
B) 6% Beautician Grade: This is used in beauty shops to color hair and is not recommended for internal use.
C) 30% Reagent Grade: This is used for various scientific experimentation and also contains stabilizers. It is also not for internal use.
D) 30% to 32% Electronic Grade: This is used to clean electronic parts and not for internal use.
E) 35% Technical Grade: This is a more concentrated product than the Reagent Grade and differs slightly in that phosphorus is added to help neutralize any chlorine from the water used to dilute it.
F) 35% Food Grade: This is used in the production of foods like cheese, eggs, and whey-containing products. It is also sprayed on the foil lining of aseptic packages containing fruit juices and milk products. THIS IS THE ONLY GRADE RECOMMENDED FOR INTERNAL USE. It is available in pints, quarts, gallons or even drums. Various suppliers are mentioned later in this article.
G) 90%: This is used as an oxygen source for rocket fuel.

Only 35% Food Grade hydrogen peroxide is recommended for internal use. At this concentration, however, hydrogen peroxide is a very strong oxidizer and if not diluted, it can be extremely dangerous or even fatal. Any concentrations over 10% can cause neurological reactions and damage to the upper gastrointestinal tract. There have been two known fatalities in children who ingested 27% and 40% concentrations of H202. Recently, a 26 month old female swallowed one mouthful of 35% H202. She immediately began vomiting, followed by fainting and respiratory arrest. Fortunately, she was under emergency room care and although she experienced erosion and bleeding of the stomach and esophagus, she survived the incident. When she was re-examined 12 days later, the areas involved had healed (J Toxicol Clin Toxicol 90;28(1):95-100).

35% Food Grade H202 must be

1) handled carefully (direct contact will burn the skin--immediate flushing with water is recommended).
2) diluted properly before use. 3) stored safely and properly (after making a dilution the remainder should be stored tightly sealed in the freezer).
One of the most convenient methods of dispensing 35% H202 is from a small glass eye dropper bottle. These can be purchased at your local drugstore. Fill this with the 35% H202 and store the larger container in the freezer compartment of your refrigerator until more is needed. Store the eye dropper bottle in the refrigerator. The generally recommended dosage is outlined in the chart below. The drops are mixed with either 6 to 8 ounces of distilled water, juice, milk or even aloe vera juice or gel. (Don't use chlorinated tap water to dilute the peroxide!)

Suggested Protocol

The program outlined is only a suggestion, but it is based on years of experience, and reports from thousands of users. Those who choose to go at a slower pace can expect to progress more slowly, but that certainly is an option. The program is not carved in stone and keep in mind that it can be adapted to fit individual needs. Individuals who have had transplants should not undertake an H202 program. H202 stimulates the immune system and could possibly cause a rejection of the organ.

Maintenance Dosage

In most situations after the above 21 day program, the amount of H202 can be tapered off gradually as follows:
25 drops once every other day for 1 week
25 drops once every third day for 2 weeks
25 drops once every fourth day for 3 weeks

This can then be reduced to between 5 and 15 drops per week based on how one feels. Those with more serious problems will often benefit from staying on 25 drops three times a day for one to three weeks, then tapering down to 25 drops two times daily until the problem is resolved (possibly as long as six months). Those with chronic systemic Candidiasis may need to start with 1 drop three times a day, then 2 drops three times a day before starting the above schedule. It is important that H202 be taken on an empty stomach. This is best accomplished by taking it either one hour before meals or three hours after meals. If there is food in the stomach, the reaction of H202 on any bacteria present may cause excess foaming, indigestion, and possibly even vomiting. Additionally, some animal research indicates that when H202 given orally combines with iron and small amounts of vitamin C in the stomach, hydroxyl radicals are created (J Inorg Biochem 89;35(1):55-69). The bleach-like aftertaste of H202 can be lessened by chewing one of the sugar-free cinnamon gums. Some individuals taking H202 immediately before bedtime have a difficult time getting to sleep. This is probably due to a sense of alertness triggered by an increase of oxygen at the cellular level. The oral dosage schedule is basically the same for all conditions. There are several points to keep in mind, however.
Some individuals may experience upset stomach. If this occurs it is recommended that one not stop the program, but rather remain at the current dosage level or reduce it to the previous level until the problem stops. (Some patients have been able to solve the nausea problem by taking three or four lecithin capsules at the same time they take the H202.) During the program it's not uncommon to experience what is known as a healing crisis. As dead bacteria and toxins are released from your body it may temporarily exceed your capacity to eliminate them quickly enough. In some individuals this overload may cause fatigue, diarrhea, headaches, skin eruptions, cold or flu-like symptoms, and/or nausea. One should not discontinue using the peroxide to stop this cleansing. By continuing the program, toxins will clear the body sooner and this healing crisis will pass rather quickly.

If you are not already taking vitamin E and an acidophilus product, I recommend starting them before going on H202. Vitamin E can make more efficient use of any oxygen available and acidophilus will help re-establish the beneficial bacterial flora in the lower bowel and also help in the internal production of hydrogen peroxide.

Making and Using 3% Solutions of H202

A 3.5% solution can be made quite easily by first pouring 1 ounce of 35% H202 into a pint jar. To this add 11 ounces of distilled water. This will make 12 ounces of 3.5% H202. 3.5% H202 has a variety of medicinal uses.

1. Three tablespoons mixed with a quart of non-chlorinated water makes a good enema or douche formula.
2. It can be used full strength as a mouthwash or mixed with baking soda for toothpaste.
3. It can be used full strength as a foot bath for athlete's foot. (Diabetics have found relief from circulation problems by soaking their feet in 1 pint of 3% peroxide mixed with 1 gallon of warm, non-chlorinated water for 30 minutes nightly.)
4. A tablespoon added to 1 cup of non-chlorinated water can be used as a nasal spray. Depending on the degree of sinus involvement, one will have to adjust the amount of peroxide used. I have seen some who can use it at the full 3% strength and others who had difficulty with using a few drops and mixed with a cup of water.
5. 3.5% H202 can be added to pets drinking water at the rate of 1 ounce per quart of non-chlorinated water. Sick cattle reportedly benefit from 1 pint (of 3%) to each 5 gallons of water. (Chickens and cows have remained healthy by using 8 ounces of 35% H202 per 1,000 gallons of drinking water.)

You should also be aware that there are now numerous hydrogen peroxide products on the market. As I have said many times before and in many places; in person, here in this blog, several other blogs, friends on the internet, family, friends, etc, THAT...I think 2012 is all BULLSHIT. I still don't believe anything will happen with planet alignment or Planet X or whatever. Believe me, if there was something out there like Planet X, we would have know about it a long time ago. It would also be a little hard to hide something that big, and...it's only about 3 years away?...What WTF! More crap stories to again...Brainwash the Sheeple.

This is an attempt to help extinguish the fear spread by the 2012 hoax. I am going to provide the facts about pole shifts, nodstradamus, planet x/nibiru, the sumerians, and the mayans, Then you can decide for yourself whether or not the 2012 doomsday theory is a hoax.

Part I: Pole Shifts

Doomsdayer: A pole shift occuring at 11:11 pm Universal Time will result in a complete reversal of the north and south poles and thuse a disappearance of the Earth's magnetic field. This will cause numerous natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanoes, and tsunamis.

Actually, according to NASA, that is completely bogus:

"They've also learned what happens during a reversal. Reversals take a few thousand years to complete, and during that time- contrary to popular belief- the magnetic field does not vanish. "It just gets more complicated." says Glatzmaier. Magnetic lines of force near Earth's surface become twistid and tangled, and magnetic poles pop up in unaccustomed places. A south magnetic pole might emerge over Africa, for instance, or a norh pole over Tahiti. Weird. But it's still a planetary magnetic field, and it still protects us from space radiation and solar storms."

So, the Earth's magnetic field does NOT disappear. It simply becomes more complicated but as strong as ever. It still protects us from solar storms and radiation just as it always has.
A pole shift also takes 5,000 years to complete and "comes at irregular intervals of about 300,000 years." So far we are 780,000 years overdue. www.dailycommonsense.com has an interesting quote on this:

"They come at irregular intervals averaging about 300,000 years and it has now been 780,000 years since the last one. Then we’ve been due for 480,000 years! Where I’m getting at is that your parents generation was also overdue, your grandparents generation was overdue and since the start of civilization on this earth it was overdue. Even the Mayas were overdue. What I’m trying to say is that it could’ve happened way before that and that it can happen tomorrow or in 100,000 years so don’t worry too much about it. Again, the process takes 5,000 years to complete so I bet you won’t notice it too much."

Also from Daily Common Sense, with the doomsday theory in bold and the facts in regular text:

We’re overdue for a pole shift. Maybe, but we’ve been overdue for the past 380,000 years. Our little 2,000 years of history is pretty small in that. Do you believe we don’t know when it’s going to happen?
Part II: The Mayans

Doomsdayer: The Mayans were very advanced when it came to science and astronomy. They predicted the end of the world or a new conciousness (depending on what version you heard) to occur with a galactic alignment on December 12, 2012.

This theory comes from the fact that the Mayan calendar ends on that date. But there is no evidence to point out that the Mayans predicted anything to happen:

For the ancient Maya, it was a huge celebration to make it to the end of a whole cycle” says Sandra Noble, executive director of the Foundation for the Advancement of Mesoamerican Studies in Crystal River, Fla. To render Dec. 21, 2012, as a doomsday or moment of cosmic shifting, she says, is “a complete fabrication and a chance for a lot of people to cash in.” (USA Today)

Scholars are also in great doubt in the idea that the Mayans were even able to predict a galactic alignment:

Astronomers generally agree that “it would be impossible the Maya themselves would have known that” says Susan Milbrath, a Maya archaeoastronomer and a curator at the Florida Museum of Natural History. What’s more, she says, “we have no record or knowledge that they would think the world would come to an end at that point. (USA Today)

So the Mayans didn't predict anything to happen. If I said that I thought the world would end on December 31, 2008 at 12:00 pm simply because it is the end of our calendar I would have just as much evidence as anyone who believes in the Mayan 2012 hoax.

Obviously, Both ideas are nonsense.

Part III: Nostradamus

Many people think that Nodstradamus predicted the end of the world in 2012, 9/11, and the French Revolution. He was also used to help support the Y2K doomsday theory (which was false). To put it simply, Nodstradamus never predicted any of these. All of his alledged predictions were very vague and twisted by the internet to mean something different. For instance, here is the more popular Nodstradamus prediction about 9/11:

"In the year of the new century and nine months,
From the sky will come a great King of Terror...
The Sky will burn at forty-five degrees
Fire approaches the great new city...
In the city of york there will be a great collapse,
2 twin brothers torn apart by chaos while the fortress falls
great leader will succumb"
This is the one spread by email and comspiracy threads on the internet. Its pretty scary if you take it to heart. But here is the original prediction, from Nodstradamus' own quill:

"The year 1999, seventh month,
From the sky will come a great King of Terror
To bring back to life the great King of the Mongols,
Before and after Mars to reign by good luck"
Almost laughingly different. According to Snopes.com, this whole thing came about in 1997 with a student at Brock University in Canada. Neil Marshall twisted the real thing using abstract and vague words to point out that they could be read to seem to have predicted any event.

And I'm not sure if the fake prophesy in the previous slide was the right one. At last count I had found three different fabrications.

Part IV: Planet X

This is probably the most prominant and popular 2012 theory. It states that, in 2012, the legendary Planet X (aka Nibiru) will crash into the Earth and kill everyone. This was started and spread generally by Zecharia Sitchin, someone who had no previous classes or studies in Sumerian culture (whom he claims predicted Planet X's return)

And before I say anything I would like to point out that all information was taken directly from vidos by ProjectStorm and Trayen11. I will provide the links to those videos in my description.

The Sumerians are believed to have seen and predicted the supposed Nibiru to crash into the planet Earth in 2012. While they did believe that Earth was created after a fight between Taimat and Nibiru, those were both GODS, not planets or stars. Sitchin created the myth that the Sumerians believed the Gods to be planets. The Sumerians were not even interested in astronomy.

Another theory is that Planet X caused the original continents to drift apart. I actually laughed when I read that people believed this. Its called "continental drift" and it is almost a proven fact. I learned about in in 3rd grade! It is the fact that the continental plates are constantly moving. They were moving when the Earth was created and are moving now.

And yes, something huge did slam into our planet 4.5 billion years ago. There weren't even single celled bacteria around then. The event is also believed to have created the moon. And since there were no organisms back then how could the Sumerians have known?

Some people also believe that the Sumerians were in contact with an alien race...need I say more? There is not a single shred of evidence to even hint that this might be true.

And yes, 3,000 years ago something terrible did happen. But that was a volcano, not Planet X.

True, for many years astronomers did believe a 10th planet existed, but thanks to our modern technology we now know that this is false. We also know that "there is nothing strange about the orbits of outer planets." And this applies to the theory that a mass extinction occurs annually: thanks to modern technology we know that this is indeed false.

Many "pictures" of Planet X have surfaced, and so far all of them have been something like a distant galaxy or a simple photoshop. And there is no such thing as the supposed "Norlock Project."

Also, there is the theory that NASA spotted Planet X and renamed it Eris. Wrong again. While (According to the majority of 2012 believers) Planet X is supposed to be 2/3 the size of our planet, NASA calculated Eris to be only a little bit larger than Pluto. Also, the closest Eris will ever come to Earth will be in 2255 with the distance of about 4 billion miles.

There are many other theories that those rascly conspiracists come up with, but so far every one I have seen is false, and I have no reason to believe why any upcomming theories arent false either.

I hope that this video will calm some nerves and that many people will come to see the truth. And I know that many people will say either "dont listen to the facts. Listen to your heart" or "you dont know what will happen in 2012 so how can you be sure you are right?"

To the first argument, I can't really say how stupid you sound. Life isn't a Disney movie. There are facts that are proven that that's that. Say I have an apple and you call it an orange. I say that since it is res and has the features and seeds of an apple I call it an apple. But you say that I must "listen to my heart." I am pretty sure I am right. You have no evidence whatsoever to back up your silly myth. Give it a rest!

And to the second argument, I admit that I have no idea what will happen in 2012. But based on the facts I fell pretty certain when I say that the world won't end as a result of Planet X, a pole shift, or the predictions of Nodstradamus, the Mayans, or Sumerians.

And if you believe that a pole shift will happen, a planet will crash into the Earth, a new conciousness will begin and a new dimension will open up all in the same day...

you are gullible enough to believe in anything.
